My personal headcanon: Stella is an Alpha; Aisha, Terra and Flora are Betas; Musa and Bloom are Omegas.
Also in my personal headcanon: Only omegas (and by default alphas) go into heat. and Omegas and Alphas don't "bond" with just anyone, needs to be a special other (So no Dub/Con in my head). Also the heat lasts way less if you're mated/bonded and if you're not it can even be painful like a period.

He had a bruise on his temple and bandage around his arm and he probably shouldn’t be holding Musa’s weight considering how bad his shoulder hurt. He was sure, if he looked at his arse, he would find the boot footprint of the Solarian Guard soldier who had come as a guest to that day’s training.

He hadn’t smoked in the entire day and he was in no rush to go back to the dorm after snapping to Sky earlier.

Of course his day had to get worse while there was still time before midnight, of course today had to be the day Sam Harvey came back to Alfea.

Musa’s hips twisted on their own when his fingers faltered in their movements, whining in his ear, biting his lobe. He deepened his thrusts to make up for it and kissed along the side of her face.

But he had had a really bad day. And just watching his gait in the dark was enough for all the somber anger of the day to surge up. His mind did a mess of his thoughts and his emotions and his fingers worked in Musa’s centre in sync with vicious memories.
