He tells her if she lets him do what he wants, he'll reveal more about Aster Dell & her background, basically getting her cooperation in any way he wants to fuck/punish her. He does give her answers every time he's satisfied, so Bloom lets him take things pretty far.

What if Flora made a different decision when Sebastian & the Blood Witches took over the school? Maybe when she volunteers to go next to lose her magic, she attempts to seduce Sebastian in the hopes that it will buy some time for them all to be rescued. Little does she know that all that magic he's been absorbing gives Sebastian unlimited energy and he fucks her in every way possible with no end in sight.
